LAND VISION STATEMENT

The land we are presenting to everyone today is King Arthur's Acres. This land is only just one
part of the ChronoScapes Park that hosts many different lands throughout the future, the past and the
present. A ticket to King Arthur's Acres allows you to relive the adventurous and fascinating times of the
Middle Ages. Where parkgoers can experience eating like a king in various banquet halls and
restaurants, witness battles and fights between knights and warriors, and most of all, immerse yourself
in the culture and feel like they are taken back in time in a world well before present times. King Arthur's Acres is not just a land where parkgoers can ride rides such as rollercoasters and other forms of
thrilling entertainment, it is a land where people can go back in time and experience life in the medieval
ages with hands on interactions as well. Throughout the land, there will be uses of new technology such
as 4D interactive rides, VR sites where people can be incapsulated and get the full feeling of being in a
different time period. The main idea of this land is to evoke the feelings of bravery, strength, and battle
tested in the parkgoers. This feeling will be done through rides, attractions, food, souvenirs, and live
events. The plan to have some attractions be VR and interactive and decision based where the
parkgoers can test their fate will cause them to open their minds and explore and think while having fun
at the same time. The plan is to have events that cycle through throughout the year where tourists and
other people can keep coming back. The idea of having seasonal and different events is to keep the
people coming and enjoying our land. Landscapes will be a huge part of the scenery of King Arthur's Acres, where castles and trees make up the distant views as well as rock formations and other
natural landmarks dating back centuries. The building designs and structures will be scaled and designed
dating back to the correct time period, giving the visual effect of being back in time, where the ideas of
modern architecture did not exist. This will be a major aspect of this land, because the visuals are what
last in people’s memories right next to the memories of the thrills and the rides. Photographs are still a
huge part of capturing the entire experience, so photography stations will be set up throughout the land
in locations that show off the views of the area and give the best angles for the best picture possible.
Along with the sights of the park comes the sounds, live music and performances as well as storytellers
throughout the various attractions and locations will help spread the aesthetic of the time period of the
middle ages. The sights, sounds and smells are what draw people to particular parts of theme parks, so
this would be one of the biggest parts of conveying the feelings and atmosphere of the time period of our land.
